Our Story in Rosebank
When we opened our Rosebank shop, we weren’t dreaming about being “the next big thing.” We wanted a place you could wander into after work, grab a slice, say hi to familiar faces, and feel like you belonged. That’s it. Just a real neighborhood spot. A few blocks from the waterfront, our little corner blends the charm of Rosebank with the old-school Brooklyn pizza style we grew up on. No bridges. No trains. Just good pizza and a place that feels like home.
The Taste That Defines Us
If you’ve ever bitten into one of our Rosebank pies, you know the drill. Crisp bottom. Soft center. That hit of basil that sneaks up on you. Everything starts with dough we baby for days before it even thinks about the oven. People rave about our fresca and buffalo pies, and honestly, we’re proud of that. Those recipes came from long nights, burnt pans, and a whole lot of “try again.” Nothing here is automatic. It’s all made by hand, by people who actually care how a slice tastes.
Community and Consistency
You can feel the rhythm of Rosebank inside our shop. Kids rushing in for lunch. Parents grabbing pies for birthday dinners. Late-night regulars stopping by because they know we’ll still have the oven blazing. We show up for school events, community fundraisers, and anyone who needs a hot slice at midnight. Pizza Mia Rosebank isn’t just another pizzeria. It’s a tiny piece of the neighborhood’s heartbeat - warm, familiar, and always there when you need it.
